With his brand-new licence now safely in hand, he can confidently take full charge of all the driving duties to and from work, as well as on weekends when they go out for walks with their dogs. Triumph for Rubel (and Stu)
We are pleased to announce that Rubel has successfully passed his Part 3 Driving Instructor Exam on his first attempt, thanks to the expert and dedicated guidance of his trainer, Stu. This remarkable achievement not only underscores Rubel's capabilities but also highlights Stu's consistent success in preparing driving instructors, demonstrating the high standards and effectiveness of his training methods. As a newly qualified Approved Driving Instructor (ADI), Rubel is now offering his professional driving services throughout the Sunderland area. Beyond his instructional duties, Rubel is also the voice of our Bengali tutorial videos, and his fluency in four languages allows him to engage with a diverse range of students. This dedicated biker passed his driving test on Thursday at the first attempt, with the examiner describing it as ‘A lovely drive’ and noting only two minor faults. An excellent driver from the outset, his extensive knowledge of the road gained from riding a motorbike clearly contributed to his success.

Honor passed her driving test today at the first time of asking, with only a single driving fault. Storm Floris caused chaos on the roads earlier, but Honor remained calm throughout, even when the top-box nearly flew off on the A19 during her test. A delight to teach, with a warm personality and extremely polite manner, Honor requested her photo be taken outside the Stadium of Light—a cheeky challenge for Ian, who supports the team up the road.
It just goes to show that you can’t always be perfect.

lla from Durham, a determined and ambitious student, has finally conquered the winding roads of success by passing her driving test with flying colors! It's great when your students pass their driving test but better when one of your team passes their Part 3 exam to become a fully qualified ADI.
Ian was our first PDI, qualifying in double quick time. Instructor trainer Stu has yet another pass to add to his record. Kevin was an absolutely amazing instructor. I've had 2 past Instructors which I didnt feel confident with at all and any mistakes I made were looked down upon. However with Kevin my mistakes turned into great lessons which helped me improve by miles.
We had good conversations and experiences whilst I was learning to drive and I felt as if I could reach out whenever I needed help.

Connor, a Sunderland supporter studying at Sunderland University, has successfully passed his Automatic Driving Test with his instructor Kevin without committing a single fault.
